This listing is for a fully refurbished and certified Pratt & Whitney JT8D-219 turbofan engine. The engine has undergone extensive inspection, repair, and testing in compliance with FAA regulations . Key work performed includes compliance with ADs 91-24-14, 2003-16-05, 2006-17-07 R1, 2015-14-05, and service bulletins including SB 5019 R14, ASB 6435 R01, and others. Life-limited parts such as the C-1 disk and LPT shaft have been replaced. The engine has been test-run per MD80 Aircraft Maintenance Manual Section 72-00-00 Test F and is approved for return to service. Includes QEC and accessory inventory. Ideal for MD-80 series aircraft operators seeking a reliable, airworthy powerplant.
