Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage
   Revima Asia Pacific Ltd. warrants that the overhauled landing gear will be free from defects in workmanship. Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts due to faulty workmanship, performed at Revima’s facilities.

2. Warranty Period

   • Mechanical components: 3 years or 4000 flight cycles, whichever occurs first.

   • On Condition components*:

     • Test: No warranty.

     • Repair & Overhaul: 12 months.

3. Warranty Start Date
   Warranty commences from the date of delivery, 21 July 2025, provided that:

   • Delivery occurs within 12 months after completion of the overhaul.

   • The landing gear/components are stored properly prior to installation.

4. Exclusions

   • No PMA or DER parts have been installed on the landing gear covered under this statement.

   • Warranty does not cover defects arising from design, material, improper handling, storage beyond the specified period, or operational factors outside of workmanship.

5. Governing Agreement
   This warranty is provided in accordance with the terms of the General Terms Agreement (GTA) dated 16 April 2022.
